Rule Break & Policy Violations

All staff decisions are considered final and cannot be appealed

Aurora City operates on a yellow card red card system that is very simple and effective when it comes to combating rule breaks or community guidelines violations.

Please note that due to the nature of different incidents we view every scenario with a case by case approach and end results may vary.

It is also important to note that Gov staff only handle City Rule Breaks & Community Guidelines violations and any law or in city related roleplay incidents should be handled by the Police as the Police has full legal authority and jurisdiction within Aurora City.

You can contact the Police in city either by sending them a message/calling via the Services app on your phone, dialing 000 for emergencies (type /000) or visiting your local Police station.

We do not offer ban appeals. All decisions made by staff regardless of rank are considered absolutely final do not bother putting in a ticket. We strive to provide a positive roleplay environment and have no tolerance towards immature behavior or trolls. Follow the rules and enjoy being a part of a fun and engaging roleplay community.

Keeping a clean record is of the upmost importance as it will play a big factor in deciding wither you are temporarily vacated or permanently.

We do not and never will offer 'unban packages' or 'priority ban support' packages. All cases and tickets are treated the same and are judged without bias or prejudice. Maintaining a fair and honest staff team is a part of our core values. There will be no conflicts of interest, bias or favoritism regardless of who you are or who you know. Staff members with the rank of Moderator+ are prohibited to join or be affiliated with any registered gang/organisations or player clubs. We are here to ensure that you can have fun knowing exactly where everything stands.
