Government Agencies

All law enforcement and government departments including the Police, Ambulance and Fire Rescue services are headed by a Minister whom is the direct government link and main decision maker in regards to the department. All ministers are paid a salary of $1 across all departments and is not a financially incentivised role.

4.1 – AC Supreme Court

The Supreme Court holds ultimate legal authority over all civil and criminal matters and is the chief lawmaking body of Aurora City.

Consists of up to a maximum of 5 active Supreme Court Justices including 1 Chief Justice whom manage and operate this department.

The government coordinates security for the justices when they are required to attend or hold open sessions with the community outside of the courts.

4.2 – AC Police

AC Police is the dedicated and primary law enforcement agency of Aurora City, committed to ensuring peace, safety, and justice for all citizens.

Highly trained, community focused and very well resourced and equipped to handle a wide variety of situations from routine patrols to tactical operations.

The department is headed by a Minister of Police and a Chief Commissioner whom reports directly to the Minister only.

The Police consists of the following divisions:

  • General Duties

  • CIU (Criminal Investigation Unit)

  • CIRT (Critical Incident Response Team)

  • Highway Patrol

The Police are marine and air capable and can be expected to be have presence on land, air and sea.

Mandatory certification is required across various divisions and all officers are highly trained.

The Police are represented by Police Prosecutors in court and all legal proceedings.

They are the primary Police contact for any lawyers representing a client.

4.3 – AC Ambulance

AC Ambulance is recognised as an essential service under the Health and Emergency Response Act of Aurora City.

The Ambulance operates hospitals, attends callouts requesting medical attention and is the primary EMS department for all medical related incidents.

AC Ambulance personnel do not carry weapons and do not engage in any hostile scenarios and are to be treated as non-combat and non-hostile essential services workers.

The Ambulance is equipped with medical equipment to treat patients on all medical scenarios including specialist MICA mobile paramedics whom attend high risk critial incidents where urgent medical attention is needed.

The Ambulance are marine and air capable and can be expected to be deployed across land, air and sea.
