How to Submit a Player Report
Use our in city reporting system or raise a ticket in our support discord
If you witness a rule break or violation of our server policies in city you should first ensure that you have gathered as much evidence and supporting information as possible.
This can be in the form of
Bodycam recording of the incident
Summary of both the events during and leading up to the incident
Specify which rule you believe has been broken
Any witnesses or bystanders whom can verify your account of the incident
After you have gathered all the relevant information and supporting evidence you may either
Submit a in city report via /report and selecting the player report option
or
Raising a player report ticket in our support discord
It is important that you cease any further interactions with the offending party during the investigation phase and do not respond by committing a rule break or policy violation yourself as being a victim of a rule break does not justify a rule break and you will be held accountable.
If the other party continues to interact or bother you please contact a member of the Community Assistance Team whom can assist you further.
If you are a party within a player or incident report you must not contact any of the other parties involved until the matter is resolved by Gov as failure to abide by this is an offence in itself and will result in further punishment.
You must not submit a false or misleading player report and must to the best of your knowledge provide a true and accurate account of the incident. If you are found to have been providing any false or misleading information out of malice you may be permanently removed from the city.
We take all player reports very seriously and will diligently investigate all reported incidents to the fullest extent. We ask that you do not DM or message any staff regarding your report after you have submitted it as we will contact you once an update is available.
