Staff Framework

The purpose this city exists is to provide a environment and experience no other city in our region has ever done or even attempted.

The role of staff within this city is to provide the community with unbias and fair judgement.

Community Focused Transparency Across All Staff/Gov Operations

We have policies and staff operating procedures in place to prevent bias and unfair advantages.

The core elements of our staff team consists of;

• Player Moderators (Community Assistance Team CAT & Senior CAT) whom have no in city perms and perform mostly ticket related duties and our community leaders. They are the main liaison and point of contact for any community to gov related matters.

• Staff (Moderator +) makes up our dedicated management team who oversee gov related matters in and out of city. Perms increase gradually through rank ensuring only capable and responsible members of the staff team gets access to powerful tools.

Introduction to the Gov Team

— 1 Owner

A singular owner that is stable and committed with sufficient resources to fund such a project ensures no conflicts between owners and no need to seek outside financial funding selling away the server's best interests.

— Perms

Reserve FiveM account holds the main admin perms within the server. This account is not used day to day by the server owner and is only used for admin purposes within the city.

All staff members including the server owner's day to day account will not possess spawn in perms for items, money and vehicles.

• Staff members will not be able to spawn in any items or money

• Staff members will not be able to spawn vehicles or add vehicles to their own garage or anyone else's garage

This policy aims to maintain and uphold the integrity of the server's economy and all player owned assets in city.

Only Staff members with a rank of Senior Admin+ will have teleport and no clip perms. Under no circumstance will you see a staff member 'teleport' on you unannounced. All actions including perm use such as teleport, revive etc. should be done behind the scenes out of the view of the general public and staff members shall remain in character if possible.

Senior Mod + will have the ability to spectate and bring/send back players (for the purpose of a Gov sit only).

Fair Play Policy for our senior staff members

Moderators, Senior Moderators, Senior Admins and Admins are prohibited to play to win while on their Gov accounts for example getting into a hostile and robbing another player with a intent to win or gain for themselves at a player's loss. Also not permitted to participate in any heists/high level robberies such as but not limited to bank robberies, jewelry heist ect.

Moderators primarily deal with escalated matters from tickets and other incidents that require a higher level staff member to assist or approve. Other responsibilities include backend work such as reviewing server logs and anaylysing data to ensure the integrity of the server is maintained at all times. Both Moderator+ and Senior Moderator+ will have permissions to apply bans temp or perm bans and can approve CAT requests for perm bans.

Community Assistance Team (CAT) are the community moderators of Aurora City. They like you are citizens of the city but are entrusted to assist the community and apply bans if needed. CAT members are also usually the initial point of contact for tickets and day to day gov matters in city.

Senior CAT staff members can apply perm or temp bans in accordance with the city rules and community guidelines. In addition Senior CAT members will have access to city logs and are perfectly equipped to deal with all general city matters. Senior CAT members are seen as community leaders and must behave accordingly.

CAT staff members can apply temp bans or kicks resolving any immediate situation. If a perm ban is requested the case will then be escalated to a Senior CAT member to approve. CAT members should be your primary contact for discussing a Gov matter.
