Firearms Act

3.0 – Firearms & Weapons

This act covers the law of Aurora City on firearms & weapons along with anything that is considered a lethal weapon which can be used to grievously harm another individual.

This act does not apply to Police officers of the Aurora City Police or any Government official.

3.1 – Carrying Firearms

  • You are required to hold a valid Firearms license to carry any type of firearm in Aurora City

  • Ammunation requires that you hold a valid Firearms license to purchase any firearm(s) from it's shop

  • You are not permitted to carry any firearm that is classed as illegal which includes most 2 handers and high calibre pistols

  • Police officers & government officials are exempt from this whether on or off active duty

  • If found or seen to be carrying an illegal firearm in both concealed and open carry, you are liable for criminal charges, arrest and to have your weapon confiscated

  • You cannot however be searched or detained without probable cause in which the Police

  • You are not required to carry a physical Firearms license if you choose not to as it can be easily located via a MDT; however you will be required to have some sort of valid ID or present your fingerprint to allow your identity to be verified

3.2 – Illegal Firearms

  • Any weapon that is not sold at Ammunation is considered 'illegal' meaning any weapon that is not a part of the current offering at it's shops

3.3 – Ammo

  • Ammo is not considered to be illegal and can be legally carried

  • There is a limit of up to 500 rounds of any type ammunition allowed per person

  • If travelling in a vehicle any ammo contained in the vehicle's storage is considered to be the property of the vehicle's registered owner and hence will add to the allowed limit

  • All holders of a valid and current Firearms license are allowed an increased limit of up to 2000 of ammunition of any type

3.4 – Explosives

  • All types of explosive weapons or devices is strictly prohibited

  • If found on your persons or vehicle including the vehicle's storage you will be liable for criminal charges

  • This covers all types of explosive weapons or devices including but not limited to C4, Grenades, Flashbangs and Smoke Grenades along with weapons such as RPGs, Rocket Launchers and Grenade Launchers

3.5 – Weapons Mounted on Vehicles

  • All vehicles with mounted or installed weapons is strictly prohibited for all civilians

  • Any vehicle with mounted, pre-installed or installed weapons is considered a military vehicle and is under the possession of Government

  • This covers all types of vehicles including but not limited to Aircraft, Helicopters, Amphibious, Sea and Land Vehicles
